Hello, I'm Amy
I grew up around desserts that were never too sweet — where the flavor was the point, not the sugar. That stuck with me. When I started baking my own cakes, I leaned into the ingredients I loved growing up: matcha, black sesame, ube, yuzu, pandan. Flavors that don't need to shout.
Mia's Cakery is where all of that comes together. Every cake I make draws on those flavors and that sensibility — balanced, a little unexpected, and always made from scratch.
